Rachel’s artwork is imaged-based and begins with a photo or picture which she traces onto paper that has been washed with an acrylic or watercolour background. She then paints the image. Rachel sometimes finishes the artwork with fine black pen outlines. The overall works remain charming. 
In particular, Rachel likes to get her inspiration from nature and loves to capture the likeness of animals in her works.
