Akira has a distinctive style of painting. Working with support staff, he uses a textured balls to roll the paint back and forth across the paper gradually building layers and colours which, when selectively masked then removed, bring the image out. His artworks can take many months to build and the end result is quite inspiring. 
Akira express enjoyment from this process as do staff who work with him.
